How does a picnic booking work?

We create a bespoke picnic for you based on your contact form selections (guest count, occasion, location, board, etc.). We deliver, set up, style your picnic and have everything ready upon your arrival. We stay at the picnic site to greet you and make sure nobody else decides to have your picnic! Once you arrive, we leave you to enjoy your experience for the reserved time. You are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at the arranged time. Once we return to pack up, you are free to leave and enjoy the rest of your day or evening.

Is alcohol allowed?

Due to Knox County Regulations we do not offer alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the Client to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for one of our picnics.

Can you set up anywhere?

We require a location to be within 50 yds of vehicle access. Picnics must be within 20 miles of Knoxville city limits or there may be additional costs.

What about weather?

All reservations are weather permitting. In the event of a rare rain event, we will do all we can to accommodate a dry picnic either by moving the location or by rescheduling you to another day or time. No refunds will be issued for weather-related changes. All reservations require 48 hours advanced notice and must be paid 48 hours in advance or they will be cancelled.

Can you accommodate food sensitivities?

Please be sure to let us know of any food sensitivities before booking. Please know that we prepare food in a kitchen where cross-contamination is possible. We cannot guarantee cross-contamination won’t happen.

Is this COVID-19 friendly?

All employees will be provided with and required to wear a mask and gloves during picnic setup and breakdown. Hand sanitizer will be provided to all employees and will also be included with every picnic booking. At the completion of  each picnic, all surfaces will be sprayed down with disinfectant, then washed and sanitized.

Decor Policy:

The Client is responsible for all decor during their picnic time, any damage or missing items will result in an additional cost.

Cancellation + Refund Policy:

  • For parties of 2, 3 or 4 guests: No refunds. Full credit up to 72 hours in advance. 72 hours-12 hours, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no shows will not be issued a credit.

  • For parties of 5-24 guests: No refunds. Changes and cancellations made 1 week or more in advance will be issued a full credit; 7 days-2 days in advance, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be issued a credit.

  • For parties of 25+ guests: No refunds. Changes and cancellations made 2 weeks or more in advance will be issued a full credit; cancellations or changes made within 14 days of the picnic will not be issued a credit.
